Does anyone know the “Docebo Content Classic” (or Marketplace) content library (see screenshot attached) and has or is working with it? If yes, how do you or your learners like the search - or rather filtering - functions and/or the structure, where the content can be found?
We are using and publishing content in 3 languages (GER, FRA, ITA) and whenever I filter for only German content in their library, the search result show me first countless English contents before any German content. Our learners have “completion of 30hrs e-learning content, p.a.” as annual objective and they are told, to find content themselfes, according to their personal objectives. Thus, if they loose too much time searching for useful content, they will take to the barricades.
We took up this issue with docebo and their reply was - and here I quote “Support has informed me that, at this stage, the search behavior in the Marketplace is not considered a malfunction but rather the system's intended functionality.”. This answer reminds me of the early IT days, where coders used the common joke “it’s not a bug, it’s a feature” ;-)
