Hi all,
I’m trying to use the in-platform Newsletter feature and I’m running into a few issues. The most pressing one is my text seems to be getting cut off mid-way through. I don’t see any word or character limits mentioned in the Newsletter Knowledge Base articles, and I’m struggling to figure out why this is happening. In the past, I’ve sent newsletters out with an approx word count of 300. The current one that is failing is approx 600 words.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
