How do you keep learners engaged after training? 👀

One challenge I’ve been thinking about is how to keep learners engaged after they complete a course, rather than having the learning stop there.

I’d love to hear what has worked well for other Docebo users. Do you use follow-up activities, reminders, automation, gamification, AI, or something else?

What strategies have made the biggest difference for your learners?

Hi Ganeesha,

Before diving into the technical setup of automated reminders or gamification, it usually helps to step back and ask: what is the actual purpose of the post-course engagement?

Are you looking for engagement with the platform itself, or engagement with the behavior the learning was supposed to drive? If the goal is simply getting them to log back into the LMS, we have to ask: why? What is the WIIFM (What's In It For Me) for the learner once the mandatory course is checked off?

Hi Moshe,

Great point! I agree that post-course engagement should be about applying the learning, not just getting learners back into the LMS. The “WIIFM” perspective is definitely something worth considering.
