• Retrieving and organizing platform data with reporting

If you're also looking for quick, on-the-spot video tutorials right now, the Docebo Help Center is a goldmine. Most core administrative articles have short, embedded video clips right at the top showing you exactly where to click.

• Completion Reports: You can pull a quick "Course Summary Report" directly from a course, but for true reporting, you'll want the guide on Creating and managing custom reports.

In organizations I've worked with, the pattern that holds up best is mastering the Custom Reports engine early on. When I set up reporting frameworks for new platforms, we almost always start by building a standard "Users - Courses" custom report. It gives you the flexibility to see who completed what, filter by organizational branches, and even schedule automated email deliveries to managers.

Though this content is good. It focuses on SuperAdmin permissions. This caused alot of frustration in our organization when I sent it to PUs during our original launch and they realized how many permissions they were gated on. I highly recommend taking some time to make your own content if you. I used the Docebo examples to help with formatting to streamline the process. I also use Rise360 because its my e-learning designer of choice. I then do quick screen recordings of my actions and make quick videos with CapCut or use screen shots to present process flows.
