We have an initiative to increase our External Training Tracking. We know extra training is occuring outside of our platform, but we don’t feel we are getting a good response rate for our staff submitting it. Currently I am sending a monthly reminder email, and mentioning it when in face-to-face trainings, but does anyone else have any creative ideas on how to increase the submission rate on this type of training?
