Help! Please bring back the old personal help desk chat! I’ve been trying to get this new one to help us with our questions today and it just spins me in circles and I never get to talk to an agent. Is anyone else having any luck? Can you offer any tips to get this chatbot to actually answer your questions? Thank you.
PS: I’ve also noticed it gets in the way of functionality - there is often a text bubble in the bottom right corner that prevents me from clicking different buttons in that area. I cannot seem to delete it. Quite frustrating!
