We’re looking for the most effective way to search across documents uploaded in various channels so we can update them. We’ve recently changed the name of a system and need to locate all instances within our content, not just in document titles.
I explored Channel Management and Assets, but the search only returns documents with the system name in the title, not those where it appears within the content. Does anyone have best practices or suggestions for identifying all impacted documents?
