Hello All -

I’m looking for a way to upload Microsoft Word documents so that any changes made to them are automatically reflected. We’d like to avoid having the files available only as downloads that require copy/pasting from a saved version. Ideally, employees should be able to copy and paste directly from the document without needing to download it, while still allowing us to edit and update the original Word files as needed. Thanks in advance for any help!

Docebo has a Google Drive feature that will allow you to add training materials to courses linked to the drive. It’s been a while since I last experimented with this, but if I recall correctly, this allows automatic updating of the document attached to course training materials. Note, this feature has its own pros and cons and may not be ideal for everyone or every situation. Check out the help article on this below (it’s lengthy) and/or consult with your CSM for demo/advice etc to see if it would meet your requirements.
