+10I usually just use the template(s) provided b Docebo. If you create one called, User enrolled in a course, it comes with a template. You can easily copy the code (or use the new duplicate option where it applies) using the “ < > “icon and then make your text changes...I found this to be the quickest way to create them and they have a nice look. If you are comfortable using HMTL you can further customize it as needed.
As for the 2 you mentioned above, yes I usually send to both users and managers when those options exist.
