Has anyone found a way to receive a notification when a user has failed a test?  Or a way to report on users that have reached the max attempts on a test?  We give our employees 3 attempts to achieve a passing score on our Compliance courses and I would like to find a better way to report on these users.  I’m currently having to view any user with a failing score on the quiz and check to see how many answers it reports them as having submitted - for a quiz with 10 questions, I know they reached the max 3 attempts when they have 30 answers submitted.

Please tell me there is an easier way to report on (or at least flag in some way) users with max attempts reached??

I should add that for these specific courses, we are using SCORM packages and the quizzes are with the SCORM.  Our content developers have logic in place on the SCORM to set the max attempts for the quiz, so it doesn’t let them retake it again and leaves the course status as In Progress.  We can tell by the score if someone failed, but it’s not immediately obvious if they had more than one attempt.

I am curious if there are ways to do this both with quizzes in SCORM as well as quizzes created directly in Docebo.

Don't know of any way to be notified when a user exhausts all attempts on a test without them reaching out to an admin.

As for the notification, did you enable this one,

Thanks, @lrnlab.  We did not use that notification because it did not look like there was any way to have it only send notifications when users failed - it had both completed and failed.  We don’t want to blow up their Inboxes with every completion - they only need to know when a user fails the test.

To further explain our use case, any employee that is not able to pass the test within 3 attempts must have a one-on-one follow up meeting to go over what they missed before they are considered to have fully met the requirements for that year’s compliance training.  So what we are looking for is an easy way to be alerted or to report on anyone that failed the test.

oK I understand and that makes sense. I’m no expert on web hooks but that may be another place to explore of you can klick off an email based on the failed test only.
