Records of Merged Users

We are running into issues with duplicate accounts popping up in our Docebo, due to name changes and account modifications. I’m fairly new here, still. It seems like the solution we’re going with is to merge accounts and then deactivate the old one, leaving the new one active. But we are siloed and have Super Admins in other places. Is there a way for me to find records of merged accounts. I tried using the audit trail and am able to search things like modifications. But the resulting file is gigantic. Is there another way?

There is no easy way I can think if...Docebo does not explicitly note what profile was merged to another so I started using a custom field to track notes adding the old username on the profile that absorbed it. The audit trail is the only report I can think of. If you can export the report, it’ll one easier for you find the records as you can search for keywords in. the data. I think the audit does list the merge action in the details. I believe it would all fall under the “User modified” filter; you can test this if you need to reduce the number if records to look through.
