We use an additional user field that captures whether a user "manages others" using a Y/N dropdown. This field is updated nightly via SFTP reporting.

We’re looking for a way to identify users whose status changed from 'No' to 'Yes'—specifically, users who did not manage others yesterday but do today.

Is there a recommended method or built-in functionality to help us track this kind of change between nightly updates?

Fingers crossed - Thank you in advance!

You can use the audit trail app to locate changes process for users or, since the field you are inquiring about is a user additional fields, you can see the outputs in your reports. If you maintain 1 report for the previous day (perhaps schedule it so it lands in your inbox every day) and then compare it to the tastes report, you will be able to see the deltas. I dont think there is any automated way to just get the deltas.
