Reporting on the first time a user accesses the system

HI All,

We have just launched our Docebo platform and as part of our reporting procedures we would like to know the date a user first accessed the system. We can find last access but that doesn’t tell us how many individual people have logged on to the system for the first time since we launched.

If anybody knows the answer, please put us out of our misery.

Thank you

I’m kinda agreeing with @mark ...reporting on whoever had activity on your site should give you the total number of users that used your site since you launched.. that said, the Active Users report has the details you are looking for, “First Access Date”. If you are a superadmin, you can access the report from top menu as shown below:

Couldn’t you just export to csv/excel and filter the Last Access Date field to not show any rows without a value in that field? You could also sort and then see who logged in within a specific timeframe.
