Hello, has anyone had any success on integrating the salesforce live chat widget into their LMS? we used to have zendesk but it appears that: “Zendesk remains the only officially supported live chat widget that can be embedded in the UI. For Salesforce, consider linking to an external chat portal or support site from within your platform.”
Any tips and tricks is highly appreciated!
