Hello

since weeks we are tying to set up the SMTP but somehow no E-Mails are comming in in our Company Outlook inbox, same time in my private gmx inbox I get the E-Mails.

Any idea what is going on? How can this be fixed?

Many thanks in advance, Eileen

More than likely it’s going to be spam filtering.  The scoring of spam emails can vary quite a bit between email providers, so that can be a reason why emails get through to one address vs. another.  One way to improve email deliverability is to make sure the SPF and DKIM records for the “from” address’ domain are set up correctly.  The SPF record will allow Docebo’s servers to send on behalf of something like “no-reply@yourdomain.com”.  Both the DKIM record and SPF record are used for scoring emails for spam filtering purposes.

You can verify SPF and DKIM records by using online tools like EasyDMARC, DMARCLY, or Mail Tester.

Of course, there are also individual mailbox settings for spam filtering, so you want to check your spam/junk folder and the spam rules there as well.

Here are a couple articles that describes the settings needed:
