Tracking Truant Users Over Time

Hello, folks,

Does anyone have any systems through groups, notifications, or another feature to track truant users over time? We have a lower-than-average attendance rate for our ILT sessions and we’d like to start tracking folks who do not attend three sessions or more. Maybe even tracking folks who don’t attend two session back to back.

Any suggestions or starting points?

Hello @willingworth Have your tried the New Reports option to Create a New Custom Report and select the Type > Users - Course Enrollment Time? This report pulls all the users who have not completed the course within the required deadline - which isn’t the same as being a No Show, but does give you a start on highlighting truancy and digging deeper from a list.

Looking forward to hearing other ideas suggested,
