While testing the reports, I noticed that the following data points are missing for archived activities:
- Certification award status
- Certification issue date
- Certification expiration date
We already know that archived data is not fully reflected in reports. However, these details are important for confirming a learner’s certification status at the time of archiving, especially during audits. And the legacy certification reports still display the issue and expiration dates for archived certifications.
Will retaining and displaying archived fields be part of the planned improvements to reporting and analytics?
