Getting the right third-party courses in front of your learners is now faster. Ask for what your program needs, compare your strongest options side by side, import your picks, and spot retiring courses while there’s still time to replace them.
Two Docebo capabilities do this work:
- The Marketplace Agent works inside your Docebo platform.
- The Docebo MCP Server brings the same Content Marketplace tools into the enterprise AI assistant your team already uses
What you can do with either one
- Describe it instead of browsing it. Ask for “three to five leadership courses for new managers, under 2 hours, with Spanish subtitles” and get a shortlist back.
- Compare without a spreadsheet. See courses side by side on skills covered, rating, duration, language, and description.
- Keep your shortlist between sessions. Save finalists as a named collection, then add or remove courses by asking.
- Import from the conversation. The course and training material are created with key metadata already filled in.
- Find out what’s retiring before your learners do. Ask which imported courses are retiring and get ranked replacements, starting with the successors the content partner recommends.
Marketplace Agent: AI curation inside your Docebo platform
Enable the Marketplace Agent in Agent Hub, and it appears on the Content Marketplace page in Docebo with conversation starters to get you going. You don’t need to connect an outside AI assistant. Like every Docebo agent, it works within your permissions and runs on AI credits. Admins save an estimated 4 to 5 hours a month on everyday curation work like searching, comparing, and importing courses.
Docebo MCP Server: the same work from the AI assistant you already use
Already spend your day in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini Enterprise? The Docebo MCP Server lets you do your Content Marketplace work right there. Once a Superadmin connects it, you can find, compare, and import courses, and check what’s retiring, without switching over to Docebo. You can only see and do what you already can in Docebo, and every change is tracked. It doesn’t use AI credits.
Which one fits your team
- Start with the Marketplace Agent if you want to try AI curation inside Docebo, without connecting an outside AI assistant.
- Start with the Docebo MCP Server if your company works in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini Enterprise, or if you’d prefer an option that doesn’t use AI credits.
Try these prompts
- “Find leadership courses for new managers with Italian subtitles under 2 hours.”
- “Compare these three courses and recommend the best one.”
- “Which marketplace courses are retiring next month, and what should replace them?”
- “Create a collection called New Manager Learning Path with these courses.”
Before you start
If you’re a Superadmin with Go1 content in the new Content Marketplace experience, you can try both today. More content partners are coming soon, so watch this group for updates.
