Most training gets completed. Much less of it gets used on the job.

This month’s Content Partner updates focus on closing that gap: a Go1 webinar on the activation gap, a podcast on designing learning for doing, frontline skills training built for the warehouse floor, and scam-spotting videos short enough to watch between meetings. There’s also a UK compliance deadline on October 30 and a new provider coming soon to OpenSesame.

  • October 20 webinar: Closing the activation gap
Completion rates don’t tell you whether people can do the job. Join Go1 and industry experts Ben Eubanks and Grace Myers on October 20 at 2:00 p.m. ET for a 30-minute live session on reinforcing learning, spotting where people need support, and tying outcomes to the capabilities your organization needs most. • L&D in 20: Design for doing
Brian Genisio, VP of Content Engineering at CodeSignal, joins host Julia Nieradka to break down how active practice, AI-powered simulations, and manager support turn knowledge into workplace capability. Listen to the episode.

  • New ADP playlist: Data-Driven HR Analytics with AI Tools
HR teams are expected to back every decision with data, often without analytics training. This five-course ADP playlist, curated by Go1, covers data preparation, dashboard analysis, analytics storytelling, presentation design, and monitoring results, with responsible AI use built into every step. Just under four hours of hands-on, interactive learning.

goFluent

  • AI Avatars for speaking practice
Speaking confidence builds when practice looks like the conversation you’ll actually have. goFLUENT’s AI Conversation 2.0 adds AI Avatars, so learners rehearse scenario-based role-plays face to face and in the moment, then get more personalized feedback after each session.

  • Language support inside Microsoft Copilot
goFLUENT has launched a Microsoft Copilot Connector, making it the first and only language learning provider with one. Employees get in-the-moment help with grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, tone, and clarity inside Copilot, which extends the goFLUENT Language Academy into the emails, chats, and documents they write every day.

Hone

  • Six live classes for managers leading through AI
Managers are being asked to drive AI adoption without a playbook for it. Hone’s six new live, expert-led classes cover management fundamentals for the AI era, using judgment with AI, setting accountability for AI use, piloting and evaluating workflow automations, and measuring AI’s impact on team performance. Managers leave with strategies to lead their teams through change and turn adoption into results they can show. Request a preview of the series.

OpenSesame

  • 1,341 new courses in September
46 publishers added 1,341 courses to OpenSesame in September, and the technology category has grown by 3,824 courses since 2025. The most popular topics last month show learners building human skills alongside AI ones: communication, leadership, critical thinking, AI fluency, and customer service.

  • UK harassment prevention: deadline October 30
From October 30, 2026, UK employers must take “all reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment, a higher bar than today’s standard. Employers can also be liable for harassment of staff by customers, clients, and other third parties, and a single first incident can trigger a claim. OpenSesame’s new list, UK Harassment Prevention Training: Employment Rights Act 2025 Compliance, helps you get training in place before the deadline.

  • New: Frontline Skills for Workers from Maestro
Construction, manufacturing, and warehouse teams need training that fits the job: plain language, relatable scenarios, short enough for a busy shift, and resources they can use on site. Maestro’s new frontline skills courses are built for exactly that.

  • New ICON Leadership Collection: David Marquet
Teams make better decisions when they own them. Retired U.S. Navy captain and bestselling author David Marquet teaches Intent-Based Leadership strategies that build confidence, ownership, and sharper decision-making. A strong fit if you’re focused on:
    • Decision-making and avoiding groupthink
    • Delegation, accountability, and team ownership
    • Inclusive leadership and active listening

VIPRE

  • 11 new Fast Takes on the scams hitting inboxes now
Attackers change tactics faster than annual training cycles can keep up. Eleven new Fast Take nanovideos in the Inspired eLearning Security Awareness library break down current scams, including ClickFix attacks, fake toll texts, callback phishing, multi-factor authentication (MFA) fatigue, and phony benefits alerts. Each runs under 2 minutes and shows learners the red flags and how to shut the attack down. Easy to drop into your Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaigns.

  • PhishProof Insights (beta)
Find out whether your phishing simulations are changing behavior. PhishProof Insights shows who’s being phished, how often, and how much they’ve improved. Filter by any date range, click any number, chart, or user for the full story, and compare two campaigns side by side to see which departments are getting sharper. PhishProof subscribers can explore it today; if you’re not on PhishProof yet, your account manager can walk you through it.
