Add Archived Enrollments to the My Team Dashboards and the My Team Reports for Managers

Managers from their My Team Dashboards and My Team Reports are unable to:

  • See Archived completions because the Dashboards and Reports only include Active Completions.
  • Filter to include or exclude Archived completions.

When getting read for a compliance audit Managers need to pull transcript reports for their staff.  The transcript would be incomplete if Archived completions are not included.

Leaving all such reporting to Power Users and Super Admins.

I agree and support...Overall archived records need to be made more visible to users as well, e.g. My Transcript page does not have this option + does not show certifications either.
