1. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?
Power Users in Docebo are unable to reliably access Data Insights dashboards when they are assigned to large user datasets. This issue arises because the platform counts each user multiple times based on their group and branch affiliations. As a result, the dataset size can exceed the 200,000-user threshold—even when the actual number of unique users is much lower—causing dashboards to fail to load. This limitation severely impacts our ability to provide Power Users with the data visibility they need to manage learning programs effectively.
2. What outcome are you expecting?
We would like Power Users to be able to access dashboards regardless of the number of users they are assigned to, without encountering performance issues. Ideally, the system should calculate user data based on unique users rather than duplicating counts based on affiliations. Additionally, we would benefit from features such as dynamic filtering, load-on-demand data rendering, or admin-defined default filters to help manage large datasets more efficiently.
3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?
This enhancement would significantly improve operational efficiency by reducing the need for Superadmins to manually create filtered dashboards for each Power User. It would also empower Power Users to make data-driven decisions independently, saving time and reducing administrative overhead. For large organizations like ours, where users are frequently assigned to multiple groups and projects, this change would streamline reporting, enhance scalability, and improve the overall learning management experience. This is not just a benefit to our business—it would be valuable to any enterprise using Docebo in a complex, multi-group environment.
