Actions in a custom report

Novice I

I have just run a User - Course report and in Usage Statistics, I selected the following filters. What I want to know is what is the outcome of numbering relating / referring to?
 

Number Of Actions - what information is this pulling / counting?

Number Of Sessions - what information is this pulling / counting?

Number of Sessions is the number of times the learner accessed the course, so you can see if they did it all in one go or over multiple start/stops.

I’ve never used Number of Actions, so not sure on that one.  Might just want to ask support what it does.
