Docebo Reporting Limitations for Courses, Learning Plans, and Catalogs

I would like to understand whether the following reporting capabilities are available in Docebo LMS, or if there are alternative ways to achieve these requirements:

  1. Courses and Learning Plans in a single report:
Currently, I am unable to create a single report that includes both Courses and Learning Plans. Is there a report type or configuration that allows both to be included in the same report?

  2. Course name filtering options:
When selecting or filtering courses in a report, there does not appear to be an option to filter the Course Name using conditions such as Starts With, Contains, or Ends With. Is there another way to apply these types of filters?

  3. Catalog reporting:
I am unable to find a report specifically for Catalogs. We need the ability to report on catalog visibility, including which catalogs are available or visible to specific users, groups, or branches.

Could you please confirm whether these reporting capabilities are currently supported in Docebo and, if not, whether there are any recommended alternatives or workarounds?

Good morning @Kuraba Likhita

  1. This does exist under learning plans - I know this one because I wrote it up years ago and it was delivered. Just a fair warning - when reporting on courses that reside in learning plans? It may seem like the detail is duplicative - and I can tell you it is not.
  2. Does not exist. But the search does pretty good. Did you know you can trigger two ways of looking up a name - just start typing and it will support finding a name for you. You do not need to click on Select Courses to get it going. I do find the course codes help once you are into the hundreds of courses to be extremely efficient with a lookup.
  3. Yeah I believe you are currently stuck on this one. I do know you can do API calls to Catalogs, but mining exactly what you are after - I do not think is doable. I will review a curator tool I recently worked on with a team member and report back on that.
