There is no easy way to search scheduled reports by email address to identify all reports being sent to that person. Administrators must review individual report schedules to locate the relevant recipient lists.
This makes it time-consuming to investigate report emails, update recipients when someone changes roles or leaves the organization, and review who receives reporting data. In a global, multi-branch environment, the number of scheduled reports makes this particularly challenging.
2. What outcome are you expecting?
I would like to search by email address and see all scheduled reports that include them as a recipient.
The results should display the report name, owner, delivery frequency, next scheduled send, and recipient list, with a direct link to manage the schedule. This would allow administrators to quickly review and update report distribution from one place.
3. How will this feature impact your business and/or industry?
This feature would reduce administrative effort by replacing a manual review of individual schedules with a single search. The time saved would increase with the number of scheduled reports an organization manages.
It would also streamline employee transitions, help resolve unwanted report emails faster, and reduce the risk of reporting data continuing to reach people who no longer need it. This would benefit any organization using scheduled reports, especially those with multiple branches, departments, or Extended Enterprise audiences.
