Hi Everyone
We have an external training provider who will be delivering a training course via Microsoft Teams and I would like to set up this course but struggling to do so.
I have activated the Microsoft Teams for vILT app but when setting up the course and selecting Video Conference Tool, the Microsoft Teams for vILT app is not included in the dropdown list (I can only see Custom Tool).
In short I am at a loss so any help with this would be very much appreciated.

you need to create an app in Teams and then link MS Teams app to Docebo app by account. It’s not just activation the app in Docebo. The KB article above should explain the process in detail.
