Job Summary: The LMS Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role owns the business-side project delivery, ensuring that timelines, scope, stakeholders, and adoption goals are met. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination between Learning & Development, HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the LMS is implemented successfully and aligned with organizational learning objectives. This role is not responsible for day-to-day system administration or technical configuration, but ensures those activities are planned, tracked, tested, and delivered on time.
