Job Summary: Launching a ten-month leadership program for roughly 2,400 leaders, and we need one sharp, reliable person to help build it out and run it in Docebo. Part-time 1099 contract, $35–$50 / hour, starting immediately.
The details
- Rate: $35–$50 / hour, commensurate with experience
- Engagement: Part-time 1099 contract, starting immediately and running through December 2027
- Workload: Front-loaded. Heaviest now through our January 19, 2027 launch (Docebo build, enrollment, and testing), then a light, steady lift through delivery, which ends December 2, 2027, with final reporting through year-end
- Delivery: VILT on Microsoft Teams, with up to 25 facilitators
What you’ll own
- Docebo setup & build. Help configure and stand up our Docebo environment: configuration, imports, notifications, and reports. This is the heart of the job from now through December.
- Docebo administration. Pull and clean exports, build and run reports, manage participant access and enrollments, and keep the platform tidy and accurate.
- Scheduling support. Load the locked schedule for 300 cohorts into Docebo and calendars, send session calendar holds, and keep it all current as needs change.
- Attendance & compliance. Report attendance across cohorts and sessions, and report absences and noncompliance cleanly to a single program point of contact.
- Assessment & survey logistics. Coordinate the timing of the EQ assessment, the feedback survey after every session, and three phase pulse surveys.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on Docebo experience. You can configure, export, report, and administer confidently (comparable LMS experience considered).
- Learning-operations or program-coordination background. You’ve run schedules, rosters, and reporting for a program with many moving parts.
- Real comfort with data. Spreadsheets, clean exports, and accurate numbers are second nature.
- Organized and easy to work with. You hit deadlines, communicate clearly, follow through, and are discreet with sensitive people data.
How to apply
Send me a direct message here in the community with a short note and your LinkedIn profile. Tell us, in a few sentences, about a program or platform you kept organized and what made it run smoothly. We review as they come in and would like to bring someone on right away.
