As 2026 begins, my time at Dechra will shortly be at an end as last Summer, as my Head of Digital Learning role was made redundant. Over the last few months, I’ve remained in post to conduct handover and finalise key projects. I'll be taking a couple of months off across Spring to reset and take a very exciting trip across South East Asia.

I have progressed from a placement student to Head of Digital Learning at Dechra Pharmaceuticals, where I now lead the development and delivery of the digital learning strategy that supports more than 30,000 internal and external active learners across over 30 international markets. I have built a high-performing Digital Learning team, doubling headcount, setting clear development pathways, and fostering a culture built on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Alongside this, I have achieved consecutive LPI “Learning Provider” accreditations, delivered the award-winning, “10 Years of Dechra Academy” campaign and led the redesign of high-profile eLearning programmes for flagship products focused on the treatment of complex illnesses. These projects have not only increased learner engagement but also delivered measurable commercial benefits. I focus on creating scalable, high-impact learning solutions that drive tangible results, strengthen knowledge, capability, embed consistency and quality, and support international business expansion.
