We're hiring for a Senior Docebo LMS Administrator & Learning Systems Lead. The contract is fully remote for 9 months in FinTech.

This role is a great fit for someone with:
- 5+ years of hands-on, enterprise Docebo administration, from power user profiles and permissions to learning plans, automation and reporting
- Experience leading or coordinating support staff, including offshore teams, and managing a ticket queue in Jira or similar
- A track record as the escalation point for severe LMS incidents, including building escalation processes with engineering and IT
