Currently onboarding. In week 3 of 16.
Took over our company’s training department 6 months ago. Quickly realized we had a really disorganized training department. There was, and is still, training material in scattered about over 7 different apps. We have never really had a centralized training department that handled the whole company.
I work in the energy sector. We have about 4,000 employees.
Docebo was about the 12 or 13th LMS I vetted before I stopped.. Getting that far, all LMS’ kind of became a blur… Lucky me that I kept going.
Our department had 8 people for 4,000 employees… HA, we were destined to lose.
We are quickly ramping up though.
Looking forward to progressing through onboarding and get this training beast off the ground.
