Is it possible to manage the jobs lists (part of Skills Management)?
I’d like to narrow down the list of jobs and then associated skills relevant to how we use the platform with those jobs?

Looks like you can delete most anything so you should be able to pair it down as needed.


Where would I find the location to edit the Job titles? I can’t seem to locate it.

What do you mean boy job titles? Skillsets?


After the skills tool is enabled and a user logs in to the platform for the first time after that there is a popup shown here:

to prompt to update their skills.  Once “get started” is clicked the user is asked to select their job shown here:

 

I’m looking for where I can update that list of jobs to align to our organization.

I seem to recall Docebo saying that editing will be coming soon…?? please dont quote me lol


@lrnlab Yes there are skill sets in the platform catalog that have editing disabled but those aren’t jobs (I don’t think).  I’m going to put in a support ticket as this is about as clear as mud to me, lol.

I think that's what Docebo considers as “jobs” but agree it could be clearer
