I have a course that is attached to a certification. The course has been around for a couple of years and any people have gone through it and understand the renew now option. We now have created a new course that we would like to have replace this course (it has to be a different course as it has been approved by regulators) and have the users certification renewal stay on the same cycle, so any future renew now would be tied to this new course. Is this possible, what in your opinion is the best way to get this accomplished?
Never done it, but maybe you could test to export the old certifications and import them into the new course via CSV.
+3I think the best way is to keep the course but only replace the training materials. Run a report first of the certification if you need to remove the existing course, then, re-assign the certification to learners with the new course.
