Does anyone have experience with using Rainbow Secure SSO? We can’t figure out why some of our users are able to sign in once through our portal and then click the button to our LMS and it automatically logs them in to the LMS. While other users are required to enter their password again but when they enter their password on the LMS side, it is not recognized.
