I have a question for those of you who use Docebo for external users & the new navigation menu. We have 50k+ external users. I am looking for suggestions on how you inform/train them on the upcoming navigation updates. Some users log in regularly, some every year or two. Any suggestions on how to best communicate the update to all of them?

Hi. It’s always the challenge, to keep learners in the loop with updates.
Don’t re-invent the wheel. I suggest sending them the Docebo link: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/30839505728914-New-navigation-interface .

Or, editing that info to your users needs and giving that to them.

I agree with @coriwalker that it's best to keep things simple and avoid overcommunicating.

While we don't have 50k+ external users, I am looking after around 2.5k external and 10k internal users. When the new navigation was introduced, we communicated it through a single intranet post and received zero tickets or reported issues, even though our user population is generally not very tech-savvy. They, however, use the platform regularly. In my opinion the UI change was minimal and not very different to the one before.

People are used to interface changes across the platforms they use every day. In my experience, most UI updates simply happen, and users typically adjust within a few minutes.
