Those with large Enterprise accounts. Do you have opinions or solutions for Power Users to have access to Reporting? What have you found as pros/cons of adding this permission to their profile?
Power User access to Custom Reports
We have ~150 power users and they all have full reporting access. They also have access to Insights. We’ve found empowering them to manage their own reporting is essential.

Do they often ask for assistance with reporting assistance?
It varies. With a group that size there are always some that are more tech savvy than others so the ones that need help with reporting are the ones that need more general assistance across the platform. Reporting tends to be be more limited though because they often just need help with filters to set-up a report so they can run it over and over.

We have @7000 Power Users, most have access to both Insights Dashboards and Reports.
We intentionally steer Power User to run the on-demand reports from Insights Dashboards as it meets the needs 95% of the time. What I like about Insights Dashboards, the Power User can modify a filter for what course, learning plan, or user without having to create a new or copy/modify an existing report.
