Product Access

I’m wondering if anyone on here has a similar set up for their products and how you have handled it. I work for an association/non-profit that offers multiple formats of learning including certifications that require CEU-based renewals every 2, 3 or 5 years. We build out and offer long-term learning products that certification holders can use for their renewals. Once a learner has completed a product, they lose access for a full year but then become eligible to retake that product later down the road.

For example, I could take a learning course titled “how to be awesome” and apply that to my transcript for my 2026 certification renewal. Once I have completed “how to be awesome” I am not allowed to access that product again and it needs to remain marked as “completed” in Docebo for a full year. Once  my 2026 certification renewal is approved, I enter into my 2028 certification renewal cycle and now have 2 years to earn appropriate CEUs to renew in 2028. In theory, because I am in a new renewal period, I can once again take the “how to be awesome” course and apply it to my 2028 renewal.

Is there a way in Docebo, to set up a course so a learner has the ability to complete it within their 1 year enrollment validity period and then once that 1 year period has expired the product completion status resets and the learner can re-engage with it? Curious how anyone with a similar process has handled this.
