Is anyone else experiencing this error when accessing the Classroom locations in the Admin menu?
I just checked thanks to your post and we are not experiencing this at this time. I advise filing a ticket with the Help Desk.
Yes. I reported it to Docebo Support over a week ago and was told a patch was being installed on 4/23/25 to fix this error, however this was not done and our platform is still experiencing the error. I’ve reached out to Support again as this is preventing me from creating an ILT event that requires a location. If anyone has insight into a work around, I’d appreciate it as I have a conference that needs a classroom built, but this does not appear to be a priority to deploy. Thanks.

Can you take a screenshot of your screen prior to the error occurring?
Out of curiosity, can you create a new ILT and assign a location there? I am just curious if the data is even still there. This is definitely a software development issue. I would open a second ticket and elevate it to a high priority if they have not escalated it yet.

Unfortunately a new ILT still requires the venue location to be created in the classroom locations content section. I did hear back from Support today after I updated my ticket when I commented on this post. There is a work-around for the error by installing the app: External Training. Once this app is installed on a platform it will correct the classroom location error. I installed the app and the classroom locations content (link) is now working. Support also said that the permanent fix is supposed to be in the April 30th update. Thanks for commenting. Hope this helps others encountering the same issue.
