We are able to report on audit trail changes in the Sandbox environment but for some reason this option is not available in Production.
Is there some way to enable this reporting option in Production so we can report on new courses created and who they were created by?

+9I think that you’ll get a audit report in prod if you have the app enabled, so check Admin > Apps and Features > and confirm that Audit Trail is active. Activate it if not.
From there, go to Admin > Settings, and you should see the Audit Trail link there.
