Hello! We have several safety-related Courses that users need to complete every so many years, per local and state laws (i.e. Forklift, LOTO, Electrical). Once the user is due, we utilize the Archive & Re-enroll feature. I cannot find any Course options to have Archive & R-enroll automated at a certain interval so wondering if anyone here has found a solid work-around?

100% - what is available is not perfect by far.
But there are many that rely on the tools today for a recertificatiopn.
Auto-archive and re-enroll are something that is being worked on a bit deeper with a deeper revamp of Certifications and learning plans. I think the team is getting closer to a better prescriptive way to make it work and there was an active PDG that was being engaged on it.
Brianne - we use Qualifications to do a similar function but it's not Automated in the sense that the computer does everything. The Employee must go into the course upon their interval expiring and then click the Renew Certification button which then automatically archives and reenrolls them.
That's the closet thing we have fond to automating the process of re-taking the courses on a “interval” basis. If there is a better way I’d love to learn about it because there are some pain points if the user doesn't use the renew button.

Another use case for our business is we elect to archive & re-enroll users into Courses for compliance procedures, simply as an annual refresher. No changes to the document, but want our users to recall the importance of the process, etc.
Perhaps I can submit this as update request for future rollouts. I believe there are many similar applications that would benefit for a fully automated re-enrollment feature.
