Error Message When doing a CSV Certification Upload

Hello,

I have done a CSV upload with around 3000 records on and 231 have come back saying there is a error with either the certification code or course code. I’ve checked several of the rows and the codes are all correct.

Has anyone ever come across this and know what is the issue? I've been trying to figure this out for hours and can’t find a common link between any of the rows.

I’ve made sure there are no formulas or spaces in the rows, it’s saved as a CSV, there’s no duplicate rows. The rows that are coming back with a error are scattered throughout the spreadsheet so i’m really confused.

Hi ​@Ella Seaton, where are you uploading to/from? Is it the UI? An API? 

 

Have you tried taking a peek for trailing spaces, those could look like normal values, but actually be different than what’s in platform?

Those pesky trailing spaces could either be in the platform OR in your upload file unfortunately.
