Docebo Security and Product teams are closely working with Snowflake to assess our environment.
Based on the current information, we can confirm that Docebo has not been impacted by this incident.
Snowflake’s initial investigation results have not identified any evidence suggesting a vulnerability, misconfiguration, or breach of Snowflake’s platform, nor compromised credentials of their personnel. Additionally, Snowflake’s public statement can be found here.
Docebo’s Security team will continue a deeper analysis, but preliminary reviews show no impact to Docebo. We will provide a further update next week.

Docebo has completed a full audit of our environment based on Snowflake’s guidelines and confirms we were not affected by the recent event. Key findings from our investigation include:
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for all personnel across all accounts.
- No system access from IP addresses published by Snowflake.
- No unusual sessions or applications detected in the environment.
- No unauthorized access identified.
Additionally, Docebo’s Security and Product teams are evaluating further security measures recommended by Snowflake.
