Is anyone else having issues with Docebo?

We keep getting Server Errors, our catalogs are empty, and the help desk icon is gone. We have been unable to reach anyone to assist. Anyone else having issues?

Our LMS is also down. I’m not sure where to find updates on platform status.

Hi Scott, 

We’re having issues as well. This is what we see when trying to launch our LMS. We have filed a ticket and waiting to hear back to see what can be done to resolve this issue.

 

We’re experiencing the same issue. No courses will appear on the dashboard and several popups indicating a Server Error

We are also having the issue. I do see a service issue on their systems status page - https://docebo.status.io/

but I don’t see any ETA for resolution.

Docebo is investigating reports of status code 500 errors when attempting to access customer installations.

Status page just updated and it says operational. I’m still getting server error, but not as many after restart of the portal/browser. Transcripts and badges are showing on the homepage, so it’s a start.
