Issue with Reporting?

Hello,

 

Our Power Users have been unable to pull accurate reports in over a week. New data stopped being pulled into custom reports starting February 9th. Docebo has started this is site wide. Is anyone else experiencing this? No update for resolution yet and customers are starting to get upset.
