Hello,

My company began using the platform in 2023 and to become acclimated to Docebo I was given this resource by onboarding staff to help build my knowledge and I have stayed to help me as I continue to grow our community.

I learned about the community when we first implemented the software. I was looking for the product updates roadmap and was pleased to find it in the Docebo community.

I’ve been part of other communities from other vendors, so was very excited when I heard about this during implementation.

As the new LMS Admin for my organization that uses Docebo, this Community came highly recommended by my colleagues and Docebo reps, and I’ve been able to find loads of great tips and tricks from the resident experts, and I look forward to being able to return the favor someday. Thanks all!

When deciding on a new LMS, an active community was a big part of our decision process.

Our previous LMS had a strong user community, and it became an invaluable part of our troubleshooting and research processes. The fact that members of the previous community were migrated to Docebo and talking up this space was a strong recommendation. Just scanning the posts provides a wealth of new ideas, aha moments, and “Wait, it’s not just me” realizations.

Regardless of how good a product is, it is the user community that brings it to life.
Thank you to one and all!!

We heard about it through our original CSM and an email about joining it.

The information and resources is why we joined. Hearing how others solve problems and may have the same issue is a huge help. Plus getting insight into the new features and resources is why we stay!

We heard great things about Community at the Docebo Inspire conference.  We just launched a few months ago so we’re taking it all in now!

I learned about it during onboarding when we got started with Docebo.  It’s helpful to find answers to issues/questions and learn best practices.  I also like that many people here have stronger programming skills than I do.

I heard about the community from my manager during onboarding. I joined because I knew the expertise of industry Docebo admins would be essential to navigate the platform and get the most out of the features. I learn from the community every day! This has been the most useful tool I have as a novice LMS administrator. I really appreciate everyone who contributes!

Happy Birthday! I believe that we heard about the community during our implementation process (if I’m remembering correctly) 😀 We signed up because we just knew it was going to be such a valuable resource!

When we were looking for new LMS 3 years ago, we were listing possible vendors and one of colleagues mentioned about Docebo. She told her experiance with the system and it sparked an interest looking for more information. That’s when we found the Community and it was helpful to grasp an idea on how other users find Docebo.

Of course when we were implementing Docebo, our CSM suggested us using the Community which we were already familiar with. Since then, it’s a place where I go daily to look and read how other users problem-solve cases or just get inspired. Or read about the upcoming updates.

We are currently implementing Docebo into our Charity, and I heard about the Community through our Consultant, but I use it every day at the minute to get all the little tips and tricks!

We were here when it launched , and so excited.  This has always been a great place to hear other customers use cases, help to respond to questions , and learn!  We recommend this site to all of our clients and it is a regular suggestion when talking to prospects as well as when we do onboarding because it is so valuable.

My boss wants me to be a Docebo pro! He recommended I come here to learn from others. :)

I heard about the Docebo community from our Account Manager and our CSM.

I signed up for ideas from other Docebo users to help me improve our system.

Docebo Community was shared with us as part of our enablement process during implementation. Valuable resource!

I was introduced to the Docebo Community by my current VP when I accepted the role as an LMS Admin and instructional designer last year! The community has been so helpful from the start :) I signed up to gain more knowledge on the platform since I was starting from scratch!

Learned about it when the old ideas section was closing down; joined because I wanted to submit new ideas and learn new things 🤓

My CSM recommended it and I signed up so that I could brainstorm ideas with a community of knowledgeable admins.

Joined Community as part of our internal team training process when learning about our LMS, and it’s one of my main knowledge sources to go to when researching functionality. 🙂

We have been using Docebo for a few years now but not been on the community for that whole time. It was a recommendation to check it out and it has been a great resource to answer questions or find out about updates.

Our CSM recommended it. I signed up to get inspired by peers, get knowledge on workarounds to common issues, and stay updated. Hopefully I’ll soon be able to return the favour and share more ideas.

A few years ago, during our implementation, we were introduced to the Community as a way to explore helpful tips and insights shared by other users.

I heard about the community through my deployment manager when implementing Docebo at my current company.

The community has been a great resource for us as we are trying to navigate unique use cases in the platform. I’ve been able to problem solve so much easier than when I used Docebo at my last company (wasn’t aware of the Community when I was there).

I heard about Docebo Community from my predecessor and my account manager. After reviewing the posts and knowledge sharing across various posts, I knew I needed to become a member. Since then, I’ve utilised it for troubleshooting, to assist with researching and redesigning our LMS pages (existing CSS advice specifically has been amazing) and to keep up to date with new releases!
