I heard about Docebo Community through my CSM, Ludmila. When I took over as our LMS admin Ludmila got me enrolled into everything I needed to be successful.

This is such a fun challenge!! Thanks for putting it on!

How did you hear about Docebo Community?

When we first onboarded, we were introduced to and encouraged to use Docebo Community!

What made you want to sign up to become a member?

It seems like a great resource to ask and answer questions from a kind community!

We implemented Docebo early 2018 and had been asking our CSM for something like this for a while.  So when the community was up and running our CSM let us know pretty quickly and it has been such a valuable resource since!

Happy 4th Birthday Docebo Community :)

My firm have been using Docebo for a number of year now.  I’m currently troubleshooting an issue that I’m having with enrolments and a google search brought me to Docebo Community.  So I’ve finally registered and here I am.  Delighted to be part of this supportive Community.

What a great birthday competition - best of luck to everyone who takes part - and enjoy the birthday celebrations

The Community was introduced to us during our implementation phase. It has been a KEY to success in our platform and we are so thankful to have this shared space! There is nothing better than being in a community of individuals that are all pushing to learn more. 😊

I learned about Docebo Community when my company began using Docebo for our new eLearning platform, and I had questions that I wanted to see if other users may have already answered before I reached out to Docebo Support.. Plus, I love voting on ideas, and I have even posted a few myself!  The community is a great place to get suggestions for better workflows within the platform too so I try to visit often!

I was looking for an answer to a question and came across the community through Google Search. I signed up to be a member to post question, upvote ideas, and comments.

I heard about Docebo Community from our Implementation Manager when we onboarded! I became a member because I could immediately see how throughtful and helpful all the members are. I’m still fairly new but I have solved so many challenges with a search through the community. I hope to contribute more as my knowledge grows! So thankful!

I first learned about it through our Docebo rep and it’s one of the first places I go to when trying to troubleshoot, determine if there’s a known issue for any problems we are having, and to get help from fellow users of the Docebo platform.

I was one of the ‘beta’ users when the community was first launched. I think it was an email from @Adam Ballhaussen. I took a chance that it would be a valuable use of my time, and oh howdy, has it been!

Learned about the community during onboarding. It is such a valuable resource, and everyone is so generous with their insights and knowledge!

When I joined my firm, I was provided with a link to Docebo University to familiarize myself with the tool's features. After thoroughly exploring all aspects of the Docebo platform, I discovered this community. I registered to follow the questions and answers from my peers and to post my own queries and concerns, seeking solutions from our supportive community members.

During our onboarding in 2021 our rep mentioned the community as an excellent resource for finding answers to questions. I initially created an account so I could post an idea to the idea portal.

I heard about Docebo Community during implementation but having been a Canvas (and SuccessFactors, and Salesforce, and other) admin, I went looking for the Community as soon as we started exploring whether to purchase Docebo in the first place. Communities are essentials to getting as much out of a product as possible!

I wanted to level up my Docebo expertise, and when I discovered the Docebo Community, I didn’t hesitate to join. It’s been a great example of social learning in action—connecting with other Docebians, especially those who’ve faced similar challenges or bring more advanced experience, has been incredibly valuable. Their shared insights have helped me enhance the user experience and better meet the needs of my stakeholders.

We were encouraged to join the Docebo Community like the first week of our Docebo implementation. I use the Community on a regular basis to look up answers to questions. I appreciate the Community so much!

I heard about it by being a current customer. I’ve managed many learning management systems and having a community is vital to sharing ideas and getting questions answered.

Happy Birthday Community!

I first heard about it during our implementation and was encouraged to join the community to learn, share ideas, and connect with others for support.

I first heard about the Docebo Community from my manager. As someone eager to grow professionally and make the most of our LMS platform, I was excited to explore it myself. What really motivated me to join was the opportunity to connect with other learning professionals, share ideas, and discover practical solutions to everyday challenges. The vibrant discussions and helpful resources confirmed I’d made a great decision!

I first heard about the Community, and met @erin.brisson and @madeline.coke, at my first Docebo Inspire Conference which was held in Dallas of 2024!

Without attending that first conference, I highly doubt I would have ever found out about the wonderful community. Since then, I have had many questions answered, made many connections, and attended the 2025 Inspire conference where I participated in the first Docebo Hackathon!

Our team heard about the community when we first got started with Docebo - it was either during implementation or via Docebo University. It’s been an invaluable way to stay up to date on new features and learn how other teams are making the most of the platform for their learners.

Our Solution Deployment ManagerAlex Papadopoulos, provided us with the details and link to Docebo Community so we could prepare ourselves for our Docebo implementation. During our implementation and post-implementation, we use Docebo Community to look for answers to our questions, post questions to receive answers or feedback on situations we are experiencing, submit ideas on functionality that is missing and would benefit our administrators and learners, and submit tickets for anything we cannot resolve. We see this experience as extremely helpful and appreciate how other Docebo clients chime in and provide their experiences and workarounds for situations that do not have a definitive resolution.
