I learned about the Community from our Onboarding Specialist. We just transitioned from onboarding to Customer Success, and so far we LOVE the Docebo Learn platform. One of the selling points for us was the strong community of practice and knowledge base.

I heard about the Community from our Rep and  joined right away - I come here all the time to learn new things and take trainings.

First heard about this community when we were onboarding 3 years ago from the folx at Trainicity who were our onboarding team. They recommended the community as a great place to find some of the answers and workarounds we needed. 

Love being part of this both to learn and help others!

Hello! My organization uses Docebo for our LMS, and we were notified by our rep that this community exists.

We had been asking for a way to get in touch with other Docebo users and see what they’re doing. When we signed on with Docebo we heard they were working on it and once it got up and running we signed up as soon as we could! We enjoy reading through ideas and hearing what other users are creating with their platforms, that’s why we wanted to sign up!

I’ve used a lot of different learning management systems throughout my career, but Docebo is new to me. As a newcomer, I was eager to learn and found the Community as I was browsing the Help Center. It’s such a great resource!

Heard about it through our account manager in the early days. Signed up not sure what to expect and have used it to search the forums when I need help with something in our platform. Helpful to see how others have dealt with the same issues we’ve had.

I heard about the community through the Docebo Knowledge Base, so I suppose I stumbled upon the community. As I was seeking out information on the knowledge base and from Docebo University, I was naturally directed to the community.

I heard about the Docebo Community as a great resource, especially during the time we were building out CSS. I signed up because I wanted access to helpful information and support from others who use the platform.

Absolutely love this community! I started using Docebo before the community existed and I was SO EXCITED to hear about the community when it launched (I had been asking for a community for a while). I wanted to sign up to network with fellow admins, ask each other best practices, share tips/tricks, and feel connected with other customers, which is what I’ve been able to do!

I heard about the docebo Community through our onboarding specialist when we were new to docebo. I wanted to become a member because I didn’t know what I didn’t know about docebo.  This community has been SO incredibly helpful during the transition, and even now as we are making updates and changes to help our users have a better experience!

I don’t remember if it was when I first heard about Community, but when I heard most about Community and when I decided to be more active was at Inspire in Nashville.  Since that time, I have made participating in the community a priority at least weekly to learn from other and to share what I have learned when I can.

I heard about the community through our platform implementation, and love that I can learn from other users and make requests for updates and additions to the product.

The community was actually one of the reasons we chose Docebo. We spoke to a couple of referrals and they raved about how great the support was - from the customer support teams and from Docebo University and the community. I am very glad the forum has lived up to the hype so far!

I think I got an email announcing it??? We started begging for it during our sales process and they created community shortly after we went live.

I heard about the community through my Docebo onboarding team. It has become an important part of my and some of my power users usage of my system.
