Report to identify power user resources

While I see a few similar questions for this ask, I still don’t see an answer that can help me.  I desperately need a report that will identify the resources that all of my power users have assigned to them.  I have hundreds of power users and we recently added an extended enterprise and I have to validate who all of my power users will have access to.  Please tell me, in the last 3 years of multiple requests, that this has been created for us to use as a tool.  If not, what are some creative ways I could find this information, other than APIs as I do not have access to this option in our company?
