Does anyone have a spreadsheet or matrix of all the Power User permission options? I’d like to create one matrix that shows the details of each Power User profile.

This is the article (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/6463399445394-Power-User-permissions) I typically reference when configuring our Power User Profiles. We set up the profiles and track which profile we’ve assigned to people, but don’t then track what the details are, that would be helpful though. Especially when you have many different Power User Profiles, you have to do a lot of reminding yourself of what a particular profile can actually do and with which resources.
I look forward to seeing what others have in place.

+4In 2024 there was a great session about Power User management presented by Sheralynn Sloan. After the presentation, I inquired if she would share the documents she used during the presentation and she was happy to share! I would look over them to verify no key new permissions are missing but this is a great starting block for building your Power User Governance!
