Hey Community,

I’m looking to bring our Leadership team closer together by fostering open communication and collaboration, while also adding a bit of fun to the mix!

Do you have any suggestions for team-building activities? I’m open to both DIY options and off-site experiences with a company.

Extra points if the team enjoys it so much they want to repeat it!

    With the holidays coming up, you could build gingerbread houses and it could be a competition! We did this a few years ago and was good for a on camera/ remote team builder but it could be done in person.

    Some of the most memorable team building activities I've attended are:

    • Mini golf: Break into groups and compete for the top score
    • Axe throwing
    • Scavenger Hunt: I attended one where we were broken up into groups and had to drive around town to solve clues that lead us to a final location with lunch (REALLY fun, smaller town though.)
