I noticed there’s a “manually” option when it comes to the “Learner has yet to complete” notification. But, I can’t find any information on how to manually send out the notification.

If you set this notification to go off manually then save & activate it, you’ll see a ‘play’ icon next to the notification. Click that to execute (you’ll get a pop-up asking if you wish to proceed). (See below).
